Return & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Products & Final Sale Softech Store provides enterprise-grade IT hardware and software. Due to strict security protocols, each product is vetted and registered to the customer’s specific name and domain with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) prior to shipment.

  • Because these products are registered and serialized to a specific entity, they are considered customized enterprise goods and are non-returnable and non-refundable once the registration or shipment process has commenced.

2. Warranty & RMA Process (Hardware) All hardware sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind." If a unit is suspected to be defective:

  • OEM Governance: Returns and replacements are governed strictly by the OEM/Vendor warranty policies.
  • RMA Issuance: Only the OEM/Vendor has the authority to issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Softech Store does not issue RMAs and cannot accept any hardware back at our global offices.
  • Inspection: The OEM/Vendor—not Softech Store—inspects the hardware to ascertain if the claim falls under warranty.
  • Lead Times: Warranty replacements are subject to OEM availability and typically take 3 to 4 weeks to process and ship.

3. Software & Digital Licenses

  • Pre-Order Cancellations: If you request a cancellation for a software order before Softech Store has placed the order with the vendor/OEM, a refund may be issued minus transaction and administrative fees.
  • Post-Order/Issued Licenses: Once a license key has been generated or registered to your domain, it is non-refundable and non-cancelable.

4. Shipping & Liability

  • Softech Store ships hardware globally. We do not provide "return labels."
  • In the event an OEM authorizes a return/replacement under warranty, the customer is responsible for following the OEM’s specific logistical instructions. Softech Store is not liable for return shipping costs or customs duties incurred during warranty claims.

5. Verification & Security All orders are subject to security vetting. If an order fails our internal security check or the OEM’s compliance review prior to fulfillment, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
